Our daughter is going to move out of state with our grandson. His father is fighting to keep him in state. If our grandson has to move, can we get visitation rights on top of his fathers time with him?

Is your daughter married to you grandson's father? Are they going through a dissolution of marriage? If so, then you can intervene and possibly obtain some court ordered visitation. If not, has anyone denied you access to your grandson for any lengthy period of time? If you meet the statutory requirements, you might be able to obtain court ordered visitation.
