Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
My daughter is 15 years old and does not want to go with her father. She was recenlty in the car with him and he was pulled over. During the stop her father gave her his beer to hold onto. Another couple had to come pick them up at the police station. She is fearful of him and has told him repeatedly that she wants him to leave her alone. Living in the state of Missouri what can I do to protect her.

You could seek an Order of Protection based upon the facts that you have given. You do not need an attorney to obtain such an order but using an attorney might be a good idea. Or, you could take the child's father back to court on a Modification of whatever court order is currently in effect.
