our daughter-in-law is divorcing our son,and we would like to know how much of a chance he will have of keeping custody of his two sons,ages nine and fourteen.our daughter-in-law has been staying out late at night,sometimes all night and we are sure she is cheating on him,but we don,t have proof.she has been doing this for months.or son has had brain cancer and he is not able to work,but he finally is able to draw dissabilty.could you please give us some advice.
