Does my daughter's father have any rights if his name is not on the birth certificate but we have a paternity test?

The biological father has both rights and obligations regarding the child. If the paternity test sys he is the father, then the birth certificate will nto go far in preventing him form asserting his rights to visitation ro custody. Neither could it prevent him from being ordered to pay support for the child.
