Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

After my daughter's visit to her dad's, is it his responsibility to bring her back home or is it my responsibility to go pick her up. He wants to pick her up for the visit and then have me pick her up after the visit. I want him to pick her up and drop her off. Which is correct?

Are you divorced? Is there a Judgment or a Parenting Plan that sets forth the specific terms regarding transportation? You do not tell us whether you daughter's Dad was your husband, or if there is any judicial determination of paternity, custody, and so forth. Perhaps we could provide a better answer if you provided more information.
