If my name is on the deed to my house, and I get married. Would he have any rights to it if we gor divorsed?

Yes in the sense that any house payments would be made form income earned during the marriage he would have an interest to the extent of those payments. He would not own the house. And, if the house is free and clear before the marriage then it will be considered to be your separate property.
