Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

this is a differn't kind of case My girl friend is 19 and a touch artisic. (not bad) anyways we want to get married, and her parents say they will get medecial custdy aginst her if she tries.My question is if we can married can they get it anulled,or file charges aginst me.

Unless and until someone is appointed gurdian for her, a nineteen year old woman is allowed to marry whom she chooses. You might want to examine "why" her parents are agaisnt her getting married. Maybe they know something you don't.
