Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
Dispute resolution
My legal custody reads that if the parties disagree concerning the children or interpreting this plan, they shall confer with each other as necessary and consider each other's opinions. If the parties can't resolve a dispute, they shall participate in mediation with a jointly-selected mediator. Does this mean that I half to agree on schedule changes she wants for her work travel?

I can only say that the terms of your Judgment speak for themselves. If you can not agree to change visitation or custody schedules, then you must attempt to mediate the dispute. If that fails, you can always go back to court. Good luck.
