I may be going through a divorce. I got caught cheating on my husband. Can he subpeona the actual messages from a deleted email account, a deleted myspace account and a current cell phone account in my name? Can he get the actual messages and/or text messages?

Legally, yes. I'm not sure about the technology. In any event, you need to sit down with an attorney and discuss yor potential dissolution of marriage.
