can a divorce decree be entered if alomomny/child support amounts are zero, being agreed upon by both parties

There are state guidelines as to child support. Some judges vary from them when the parties agree. But, that "agreement" often evaportes when one party no longer respects or like the other.

As to spousal support, there is nto requirement that ther be any. If the parties agree to no spousal support, teh court is inclined to agree. But, that too may be later modified if the "agreement" falls apart. But, iIt is not as easy to get modified as a no child support order would be.
