divorce decree

My ex-husband was ordered to pay me $10,000.00 7 years ago when we were divorced, he was ordered to make monthly installments to be paid in full in 7 years.I have only received $100.00 in 7years , what document can I file with the court to get the money owed to me

If your husband is able to pay but simply refuses to do so, then you can file a Motion for Contempt. You may also be able to file a garnishment, execution, or Motion for Examination of a Judgment Debtor. I would suggest hiring a attorney.
