Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My divorce decree says I have to notify my ex if I move with the children. He is in prison for molesting one of my children and will not be out for at least 15 years. I don't really want him having my new address as I'm about to move in a few weeks. I have some legal and physical custody. Can he legally do anything in this case?

There may be a few things he can do, relative to ongoing visitation. You should consult with the attorney that represented you in the decree, as to your notice obligations.
