Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My divorce decree ordered my ex wife to pay me two payments of $75,000 and one payment of $15,000. The $15K was to be paid by 12/31/2007, the first $75K by 12/31/2008 and the second $75K by 12/31/2009. She has withheld money from the first two payments for expenses (clothes for our children, medical bills I have already paid, etc). She has paid me $25K of the last payment and sent me a letter saying she will pay the rest in payments minus "expenses".

My question is can I go to court to make her pay the full amount? Will the court tack on interest to the money that is so over due? What is my best course of action?

An attorney would have to review the existing Judgment and other legal documents in order to be able to provide you with any advice specific to your situation, but from the facts included in your question I would say that you have good cause to take her back to court. And, yes, legal interest runs on Judgment amounts at the rate of 9% per annum unless otherwise stated.
