Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

In the divorce decree, it states that my ex and I are both equally responisble for the house payments if niether one of us is living there and that the house be sold. We have listed the house and held an auction with no buyers so far. Now the ex is behind in payments while I am still making my half each month. He is wanting to let the house go to foreclosure while I am not. I cannot make the full payment each month on my own. My question, if he knowinly defaults and forecloses on the loan and trashes my credit, besides contempt of court, can I take any other legal actions against the ex? Thanks!

If you pay the entire payment, you can go after your ex to get reimbursed their share.
