Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

i am currently going through a divorce and i was granted custody of the house. I make all the mortgage payments and pay all the utility bills. Both names are on the loan. My question is: Does she have any grounds as to say who I have over or stay there?

There is no such thing as "custody of the house". Discuss your situation with your attorney. Oh, and if you don't have an attorney, you need one! Good luck.
