Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I wish to divorce my husband. He has no income, so does not contribute to any expenses. This is not a situation that I agreed to, he just refuses to work. I know that he will refuse to leave our leased residence. The property is owned by my sister; she listed him as a resident, but not a leaseholder. We do have some utilities in his name. How do I get him out? Also, we have only one car, in my name, paid for by me, but purchased after marriage. Does he have any legal claim to the vehicle?
