Divorce
Can the husband who paid for his cars; sell them to a relative for any amount so the wife can not put a claim on them. The husband owned them before he was married. Marriage is 3 1/2 years.

If yoru husband owned the cars before the marraige, the cars were his separate property. He can sell them. If the value is an issue, speak with your divorce attorney about how that can be factored in to any property settlement in the divorce case itself.
