divorce

me and my husband has been split up for 8 months i am 5 and 1/2 months pregnant with someone elses baby is there some way that we can go and ahead and get devorced

You can file for divorce, but the Judge will not grant a divorce while you are pregnant. The proper way to handle this would be to file a two-count Petition. In one count you would be seeking the divorce and in the other count you would be seeking a judicial determination of paternity concerning the other man's child. I would strongly suggest that you hire an attorney to help you through this process.
