my husband walked out, there is a car titled and financed in his name that he wants me to pay for, I have TOD. I can't manage it, he also has a truck that is paid for that I want TOD in my name

If you are nto on the loan for the car, then you do not have to pay for it, until a judge says you do. As for as the truck goes, more facts would need to be gleaned before a determination can be made.
