Re: divorce

If your spouse is willing to cooperate you should be able to obtain a non-contested dissolution of marriage here in Missouri. We would file a Petition in Court here and have her sign an Entry of Appearance before a Notary Public in Colorado. Then we would file that and prepare a Separation Agreement to be signed by both of you. We may also be able to submit the case by affidavits signed by both of you together with the Family Court Judgment form signed by both of you. If you are located in the Eastern part of the state, you may call me for a free telephone consultation, but please beware of attorneys who use this site only to solicit new clients without really posting any responses that are helpful for the person posting the question.
