Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

i need a divorce

I got married when I was in the USMC a year later separted 6yrs has went by now and we are still not divorced I live in MO she live in Montana we have no childeren I have a legel document she signed saying she contested nothing . I got in contact with her 2 months ago I sent her some papers by email all she has to do is print,sign and send then back she won't send them back what should i do

If the jurisdictional requirements are met, then a Missouri court could grant a dissolution either upon actual service upon your wife or upon service by publication if she can not be found. If I were you, I would consult with and hire an attorney to obtain a divorce. Good luck.
