Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

do it yourself divorce

I have all the necessary paperwork, but my paperwork is signed & notarized 2 months ago & my wife's paperwork which I had to send to Canada was just notarized 2 weeks ago. Will that affect my divorce if I file it? I had read to try to keep the dates close, but it is impossible with her out of the country.

How in the world are we supposed to know what you mean by "paperwork"? Apparently you are attempting to be your own attorney, but you have read something that you take to be legal advice. I suggest that you hire an attorney to handle the divorce. There are almost limitless problems that you can cause which will be more difficult and expensive to fix at some later date.
