i am going through a divorce right now, and recently i have inherited money. how do i invest it without her attourney using it as joint money?

If you have an attorney in the dissolution case, you should direct all of your questions to that attorney. If you do not have an attorney, you need to hire one. You have asked a very good question, and your attorney can explain your legal rights to you so that you do not make any mistake that would cost you some of your inheritance. Again, if you do not have an attorney, hire one.
