divorce residency with children

can a divorced mother move to another state with the children, against the fathers wishes, if it doesn't list anything in the divorce decree in the state of missouri?

A parent with court ordered custody rights must comply with the relocation statute and provide the other parent with written notice exactly as specified by the statute. If the other parent objects to the relocation, then that parent can file an objection with the court and the judge will decide what happens.
