Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
My divorce settlement included me getting a percent of Xs pension plan.
In my divorce settlement, I get 39 percent of my Xs pension payments. He was retired and collecting at the time of the judgemtnt. 7 months went by from time of the judgement before I got my first check. Does he owe me for those months I did not recieve mine?

Generally I would say "No" since you were entitled to a percentage as your share of marital property. Once the dissolution of marriage was entered any addition to marital property ended. Of course, I would check this out witht he attorney who handled your divorce. Good luck!
