Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

in my divorce i was given sole physical custody with joint legal custody with me ex. at 11yrs old my daughter wanted to live with her dad so i let her move in with him. we did not get the custody changed in court and legally i still have custody. can i make him let her come back and live with me since he doesnt have custody of her

Under the facts you described, it sounds like you can retrieve your child, or he can Move for the Court to Modify the Order.
