how do i go by getting a divorce when your spouse in prison

(a) Hire a lawyer, or (b) Prepare and file all the papers that the attorney would have done. Your spouse's incarcerated status should not prevent you from obtaining a divorce (now called a dissolution in Missouri). At least you know where to find him/her to serve him/her the papers.
