Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I divorced in December 2009, My ex husband was ordered to pay child support in the state of Texas where we were divorced, we now live in Missouri, The divorce decree states that My ex pay child support Until our son turns 18 or graduates from high school. Our son is 19 and still in high school due to being held back 2 years at a young age. Our divorce decree states that payments be made to me until which ever occurs latter. My ex stopped paying support May 2013 and has never paid the full amount of child support ordered by the courts. A few months ago my son started living with his older brother however I still give support since he is a full time student in High school. I have 2 questions. Even though my son no longer lives with me can I still receive support for him until he graduates from high school? Since I do help him . Question 2 is there any way I can get back child support since he has not paid the full court ordered amount of support since our divorce.
