Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Name

I've been divorced twice. My last divorce I legally asked for my maiden name back. Can I legally use my first x-husband's name on checks, social security, bank accounts, etc., even though I've remarried and divorced and was awarded my maiden name? I never changed my driver's license or other documents to second husband's name.

You will assuming an alias. It could cause you to be civilly liable to other parties who contract with you in one name and sue you in both. It may also make you an easier taget for identity theft. When you can, correct your affairs.
