Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I was divorced in 2007. In the divorce settlement our property was divided and filed with the court. Back then when I went to retrieve the items I was supposed to get, the things that my ex-wife wanted me to have was sitting in her driveway and she told me that it was all she had and I was getting.. Because she falsely obtained a order of protection, she had the police there to keep me from entering the house, something I would have never done without her permission. Even the things that we were suppose to get together and split 50/50 she did it herself. I even asked the officer to check and see if the missing items were there. They checked and said they were not. Now I find out that what my ex did not want me have she either sold, hid or took to a friends house and that my ex still has a lot of the items. Over all these years she has been able to hid the items by never letting me into her residences. My question is if it is too late to get my items that were legally rewarded to me?
