Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I got divorced... Kept the house (which we owe more than its worth). Its in both our names. The paperwork said I'm supposed to hold her harmless....... 3 years later... we are back in court going through a nasty custody battle. My Att. Fees are at 50K already..... I'm filing for divorce and can't keep up on the house....... Can she sue me if they foreclose?

Under teh facts you described, it appears that you coudl be found liable to your ex wife for any fudns she has to pay out, or is sued upon regarding the house. If she pays on the house, she can probably sue you for reimbursement. If lender sues her, she can probably bring you into the case to subrogate her for anthing she is ordered to pay.
