Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I divorced July 2009 and my freind filed for his divorce 20 days ago. We live in Missouri and were wanting to know how long do we have to wait to remarry in the state of missouri. And also if there is a waiting period, what is it and how long. Also what states will allow you to remarry right away? Thank you

Your friend is still married and will be until the Court enters a Judgment dissolving his current marriage. that Judgment will be final for most purposes thirty days after it is entered.
