Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have been divorced for 4 months. Could not afford attorney. Awarded the home and truck. Both in a chapter 13 since 2007, her name not on the 13. Her name on truck, divorce decree stated that she gives a gift wavier for truck within 30 day's and did so. I tried the DMV and they told me that there is a lien on the truck and could not take her name from it. I thought since there was no time limit on the divorce decree for me to take her name off of title that I would just ride out the 13 and deal with it when the 13 is completed. Well she took the truck from my home while I was away at work saying she is responsible for the payments and since I claimed the 13 and can not get refinanced that she can take over payments and take me off of title and keep me from my only form of transportation.What can I do to get my truck back, and for her to leave me the f*** alone? When I travel for work three weeks a month for work?

If you were awarded th truck by the Court, then she is in contempt of court. HIre an attorney to file a Motion for Contempt.
