Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
I divorced in 2012, My ex wife is on SSDI and had been a year prior to our divorce. She told me that the SSDI payments she received on herself and on our daughter did not have to be calculated when it comes to child support. However she did include her SSDI as if she were doing me a favor. She did not include the $400.00 she receives on behalf of our daughter. our daughter is not disabled but receives SSDI because her mom is disabled due to panic attacks and migraines. I started a new job and my ex wife is now going to ask that child support be modified. My question is In the state of Mo will her SSDI and the money she receives for our daughter be figured in as an income for her. My ex wife receives $900 a month and they give my daughter $400 a month because her mom is disabled.

The $400.00 should be included because it goes to her.
