Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

i have been divorced for three years now and have a problem with ex husband paying alimony. alimony is court ordered in our divorce but he has not payed for the last 6 months. this started when he changed jobs and did not inform the courts, now they cannot garnish his wages. the prosecuting attorney's office told me that it is my responsibility to locate his new job and turn in the paperwork. he is currently 2400.00 behind in payments. his income is more than double what mine is. how do i go about finding his new job? money is tight at the moment or i would just hire an attorney or private investigator.

thank you

There are way sto search the internet and written refences to find out what assets and individual has. I am a collection attorney, we collect debts for people and companies. You might consider hiring an attorney to collect the alimony arearage for you. There are ways beyond just wage garnishment. You can execute on bank accounts or from people that are holding or owe money to your ex.

Good luck
