There is no statutory law preventing you from moving in with your boyfriend. You are single.

However, if you have children, you might want to consider what effect the move will have on them, and how your ex-spouse is likely to respond. Sometimes ex-spouses use such a thing to seek a modification of the Divorce Decree upon an allegation that the move would be harmful for the children. Other than that, you are absolutely free to live your own life in my opinion. Good luck.
