Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am looking to divorce/seperate or move away from my husband, it been very stressfull on me for years now. Both of our names are on the deed to the house but my name is the only name on the loan. What rights do i have to the house or how can i get my name off the loan and/or deed if he stays and i go?
