Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

education

i share custody of my eight year old,

my ex husband has always enrolled

my son to the school that belongs to

his address he expects me to drive

18 miles three times a week no child

support and does not allow me to

enroll him in a private school that I

will be paying for, what are my rights

if the divorce decree does not

mention anything in regards to

schooling.

If the judgment in your case is silent on the child's education, then it may be necessary to file a Motion to Modify based upon the best interests of the child.
