Employee records Subpoena
I have received a subpoena for the employment records of a past employee. Am I entitled to reimbursement for time and expense?

I don't believe you are entitled to any compensation for your time. However, you may probably charge for the copies. You could choose not to cooperate with the subpoena, but then you would have to show up at a "records deposition."
