It would not be possible to answer your question adequately on a forum such as this. You should consult with an experienced attorney who has worked with probate matters in the county where the deceased resided or where the deceased owned real estate. If you are the "Executor" or "Personal Representative" for the decedent then you should take the Will with you to see the attorney.
