my exwife had 60 days to refinance home out of my name.it has now been over 60 days.what can i do

You did not provide enough information to estimate the likely outcome of any action. But, based upon what you did provide it seems that you may need to request that the Court cite her for Contempt. If she is unable to get the refinance, you may request that the Property Settlement or Division Order be modified. Perhaps you are in a better position to get the house. Until it is resolved, you are wise to be concerned. The Property Division Ordered by the Court does not prevent the present lender from coming after you for the unpaid debt.
