Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Here are the facts: sent a certified letter w/a30 day notice notifying my ex husband that I plan to move w/our autistic son to Virginia to live with my new husband. I have sole physical custody& have been very lenient with visitation throughout our divorce . He is a commercial pilot, and I plan to still be lenient with visitation for our son. He has since come back & SUED ME FOR FULL CUSTODY & WANTS ME TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT IF HE WINS. All of this only because I notified him of our move, can he win this custody battle?
