Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

These are the facts:

In MO/ unwed parents to 11 month old/ established paternity and father's name on birth certificate/ parents lived together 4 out of past 11 months/ mother provides vast majority of physical, financial, and emotional support of baby/ father has severe emotional issues as his father was murdered 6 weeks after baby's birth

Questions:

1. Can father remove baby from the mother at his will?

2. Can mother move to another state legally?

Is there a custody order? If there is then its terms control. If no custody order she can remove the child from Missouri.

True. But Mother should obtain a Judgment for custody and child support.
