Family law - Child Support

My ex-husband purchased running shoes for my son and is billing me for half. He is the non-custodial parent and rarely purchases anything for them. He feels that everything should come out of my child support which is $579 a month for two children

You may advise your ex that unless the Court Order specifically says otherwise, you do not owe your ex one-half of whatever he spends on the child.
