Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

family law?

My daughter will be 17 in July-She Bipolar and on SSI for her disability-she insists on leaving home as soon as she turns 17-what can I do legally to keep gaurdianship of her to keep her home?

You could file a Petition seeking to be appointed her guardian by the court.
