If a child has divorced parents who

share custody, at what age may that

child have the right to decide which

parent he/she can live with?

At no age does the child get to determine legally with which parent to live. The Court retains jurisdiction over issues of custody. By child, I am referring to someone under eighteen years of age, so anyone older than that can decide with whom to live.
