Re: family law

Your question does not provide enough information to allow for a competent answer. Were you married to the father at the time of the children's births, or was he determined to be the legal father in an administrative or judicial proceeding? Is there any Court Order in effect which sets forth the father's legal rights concerning nboth legal custody and physical custody? If so, I would suggest that the father enjoys whatever legal rights have been court ordered, whether or not any particular child "wants" to go with him. Our legal system does not allow children to unilaterally decide whether they have a relationship with their father.
