If a father with two children is paying family support and doesn't miss a payment can he claim one child. and is it right for the mother not too allow the father to claim any children

Your question does not provide enough information for us to provide much of a response. Are you divorced? Is there a court order for child support? If so, the law in Missouri is that the parent receiving support gets to claim the children for tax purposes. This issue is often subject to negotiation however. Try again, but provide more information.
