Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am a father of 3 great kids. Divorce was final in 2005 and I was awarded joint legal custody, she got the physical custody. For years now I have been in a constant battle with my ex-wife in regards to every aspect of their wellbeing. The kids now 16 year old daughter; no input on car and she has been allowing her to spend the night with her 17 year old boyfriend. My 13 year old son has decided he wants to stay with me more often and she has made him feel guilty, crying in her room and putting him in the middle of the situation. Lastly but not least my 10 year old received a cell phone with internet access as well as facebook page. I have made several attempts to speak with her in person to discuss with her many issues concerning the health and welfare of our children but to no avail. She has only met with me on a few occasions but continued on with the same behaviors. I need help, where do I go from here, I dont want to put my kids through any stress but they are in danger of not being able to be kids as well as being able to distinguish the good from the bad, I fear for their safety. Please help me.

You probably already know that you can file a Motion to Modify the existing Judgment to seek physical custody of the children, or to seek sole legal custody, or simply to change the terms of the existing parenting plan. Going back to court will cost a substantial amount of money, but if you really are concerned about your children's well-being, it may be the best option you have available. Consult with an attorney.
