Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

The father of my 3 month old child has two other kids, one 2 years old and one 1 month old. He got another girl pregnant 2 months after he got pregnant. He goes out and drinks at least 5 out of the 7 days of the week and he doesn't just have a drink, he drinks to get drunk. And he is only 19 years old. Do you think it would be possible for me to get full custody of our child and not give him any rights or visitation?
